Magic Dust Seasoning
500g Prawns, peeled
Small Tortillas
Shredded Lettuce or Cabbage
Lime Crema (lime + mayo/sour cream)
Optional: capsicum and corn for topping
Coat prawns in Magic Dust.
Sear in a hot pan or BBQ until pink and caramelised.
Warm tortillas. Load with prawns, lettuce and any extra veggies.
Drizzle with lime crema and serve.
