Ingredients

  • Lane’s Magic Dust  
  • Lane’s Kinda Sweet
  • 1kg Streaky Bacon

Directions

  1. Pre heat smoker to 275f / 135c

  2. Take Bacon out of the fridge and add 4 to 5 slices together and roll into a lollipop shape.

  3. Skewer bacon with long skewers and smoke for 1.5 hours.

  4. Glaze bacon with Kinda Sweet and set sauce for 5 minutes

  5. Allow to cool slightly and Enjoy
