Ingredients
- Lane’s Prime Brisket (leftovers)
- Homemade Pico de Gallo (Chopped Coriander, Onion, Tomato and Lemon juice and a touch of Lanes Chilli Lime)Â
- Tomato SalsaÂ
- Sour CreamÂ
- Mexican CheeseÂ
- Corn ChipsÂ
Directions
Preheat oven to 200c
Chop up brisket and place on top of corn chips.
Place cheese and salsa ontop and place into the oven for 10 minutes
Top with sour cream and homemade pico de gallo
