Sweet Lemon Pepper Seasoning
500g Prawns, peeled
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Lemon Wedges
1 Lebanese Cucumber, Sliced
1 Punnet Cherry Tomatoes, halved
2 Avocados, diced
Season prawns withSweet Lemon Pepper and grill quickly until just cooked
Toss avocado, tomato and cucumber together and top withwarm prawns.
Finish with a squeeze of lemon and extra seasoning if you like it punchy
