
Honey BBQ Garlic Prawns

Ingredients
- 500g peeled prawns (shrimp), deveined
- Lane’s Honey BBQ seasoning
- 100g butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3–4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Lemon juice (to finish)
Directions
- Pat the prawns dry and season generously all over with Lane’s Honey BBQ seasoning.
- Heat a pan over high heat (BBQ kettle, flat plate, or stovetop all work).
- Add the butter and olive oil to the pan and allow to melt and heat through.
- Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring constantly until fragrant (don’t let it burn).
- Add the seasoned prawns to the pan in a single layer.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes per side, until just cooked through and lightly caramelised.
- Remove from the heat and finish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
- Serve immediately.
