2-3 tbsp Honey BBQ seasoning
1.5-2KG beef ribs
1 cup soy sauce
4-5 garlic cloves
1 nashi pear, grated (crucial for tendersing
Sesame seeds, for serving
In a large bowl or container, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, crushed garlic, grated nashi pear, and Lane’s Honey BBQ rub.
Add the beef ribs, ensuring they’re fully coated in the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours, turning occasionally if needed.
Preheat a charcoal grill to high heat.
Sear the ribs 1-2 minutes per side, just long enough to char the outside while keeping the nside tender and juicy.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds
Slice and enjoy immediately
