2x tbs Wholegrain Mustard

Honey

Spring onions
Directions
Preheat your grill to 440f 220c
Place grill grates over hot coals and allow to come to temp for 20 minutes
Season pork chops with Hog Dust and set aside
Carefully place pork chops on the grill grates, rotating to form diamond shapes after 90 seconds
Flip and repeat the process
While pork is resting, combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix to create your creole mustard
Serve on a place with spring onions
