Ingredients

600g Chicken thighs, skinless and boneless

Chook Dust from the Competition Range

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 teaspoons crushed garlic

1 teaspoon Italian herbs
Directions
Preheat the grill for searing temperatures.
Season chicken thighs with Chook Dust
Place chicken on the grill and cook for 3 minutes per side until you have a golden colour
Melt the butter and add garlic and Italian seasonings in a large bowl.
Baste chicken with butter over the grill.
Take off the grill and rest and then chop chicken
Serve with rice.
