1KG White Potatoes - cut into large chunks

100g beef tallow

20g Garlic - chopped
Prime Blue Cheese Stuffed Dates

20 pitted dates

100g blue cheese

20 rashers of bacon

20g Honey
Directions
Honey BBQ Carrots
Preheat the oven to 180c
cut the tops off the carrots and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper
mix the olive oil, honey and honey bbq seasoning
drizzle over the carrots, cover with foil & bake for 30-40 minutes until carrots are tender
Mix the yoghurt with the prime seasoning, lemon juice, leave on the side or drizzle ontop when you serve.
Beef tallow Sunday Roast Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 200c
Blanch the potatoes in simmering water for 20 minutes, strain and let sit for 15 minutes until the steam stops rising–this will make them extra crispy
In a pot, addthe tallow and heat it up
Put the potatoes on a tray and cover with the hot tallow–using a spoon so you don’t burn your fingers
Cook in the oven for 45 minutes, then take out and sprinkle with the Sunday roast spice, add the chopped garlic and put back in the oven for 25 minutes
Prime Bue Cheese Stuffed Dates
Preheat oven to 180c
Stuff the dates with the blue cheese and wrap with bacon
Drizzle with honey and season with the prime seasoning, place each on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10 minutes
