Lane’s Garlic2

¼ Cup Lane’s Chimichurri dry mix
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 3 tbs Red Wine Vinegar
- 1.4kg Chicken, spatchcocked
Directions
- Mix olive oil, chimi mix and red wine vinegar in bowl, mix and set aside.
- Season chicken with Garlic2 and spread over a light layer of chimi over chicken
- Roast in the oven for 45 -60 minutes until juices run clear in both breast and thigh
- Cut chicken into 4 quarters and serve on a plate with.a drizzle with more chimichurri
