Ingredients
- 500g large prawns (peeled, tails on)

2tbs Lane’s Chilli Lime Rub
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime (cut into wedges)
Directions
Toss prawns in olive oil and Lane’s Chilli Lime Rub until evenly coated Fire Up the Kamado
Preheat to 200°C / 400°F for direct grilling. Grill 'Em Up
Place prawns directly on the grill grates or use skewers.Cook for 2–3 minutes each side, until they’re pink and slightly charred. Serve
- Squeeze over fresh lime juice and serve immediately.Perfect with rice, salad, or in tacos!
