Cafe Mocha Rum Balls
1 Tbsp Lane's Cafe Mocha Dessert Rub
150ml Bundaberg Coffee & Chocolate Liqueur
1 Pack Arrowroot biscuits
350g condensed milk
1 cup desiccated coconut
¼ cup cocoa powder
Blitz the biscuits in a food processor until a fine crumb
Add the biscuit crumb, coconut, cocoa and Mocha rub to a large bowl then combine well.
Add the condensed milk and rum liqueur and stir until a thick paste is formed and all ingredients are combined.
Roll the mix into balls and roll in coconut. We also saved some biscuit crumb, and cocoa to roll some balls in to create some variation in the bowl.
Refrigerate the balls for 30mins to an hour. You may need to re form into perfect balls as the warm mixture tends to flatten a little.
Serve and enjoy but be careful! these lil guys are addictive!!
