Brisket Tacos w/Pico De Gallo

Ingredients

  • Lane’s Prime Brisket (leftovers)
  • Homemade Pico de Gallo (Chopped Coriander, Onion, Tomato and Lemon juice and a touch of Lanes Chilli Lime) 
  • Tomato Salsa 

Directions

  1. Warm up tortillas in a pan or in microwave

  2. Heat brisket up in the oven and slice thinly

  3. Place brisket on tortilla and top with Pico and Tomato Salsa

  4. Enjoy
