- 5 SausagesÂ
- Raspberry Jam
- Brie CheeseÂ

Lane’s Magic Dust Seasoning
- 10 Strips of Bacon (2 x Strips Per Sausage)
Directions
- Preheat your BBQ or smoker to 130°C.
- Slice a pocket down the middle of each sausage, avoiding the bottom.
- Cut Brie into strips to fit inside the sausage openings.
- Insert Brie strips and add a spoonful of jam to each sausage.
- Wrap each sausage in bacon, ensuring it's covered from end to end.
- Sprinkle Lane's Magic Dust over each sausage.
- Place sausages in the smoker at 130°C for 1 hour.
- Once cooked, allow them to rest for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
