Brie & Raspberry Stuffed Sausages

Directions

1. Preheat your BBQ or smoker to 130°C.
2. Slice a pocket down the middle of each sausage, avoiding the bottom.
3. Cut Brie into strips to fit inside the sausage openings.
4. Insert Brie strips and add a spoonful of jam to each sausage.
5. Wrap each sausage in bacon, ensuring it's covered from end to end.
6. Sprinkle Lane's Magic Dust over each sausage.
7. Place sausages in the smoker at 130°C for 1 hour.
8. Once cooked, allow them to rest for 10 minutes.
9. Enjoy!
