Ingredients

White Magic from the Competition Range
- 500gm Streaky Bacon (rindless)
- 1 large Brown OnionÂ
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Powder
- 1/2 cup Bourbon,Â
- 1/4 Worcestershire Sauce,Â
- 1 cup Black CoffeeÂ
- 1/4 cup Honey / Maple SyrupÂ
- 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce/Ketchup
Directions
Sautee bacon that’s been diced in a pan until completely cooked through. Draining all fat from the pan.
Cook Onion in same pan over medium heat until translucent, adding cooked bacon back to the pan.
Add bourbon, coffee, sugar and Worcestershire, honey and reduce until sticky.
Add ketchup and set on low until bacon jam becomes thick and glossy.
Set aside and serve on wings, burgers or even baked camembert.
