Ingredients

500g Rib Eye Steak, sliced thinly

Lanes Black Magic
-
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
-
1 Large Brown onion , sliced thinly
-
1 Green Capsicum, sliced
-
8 thin slices provolone cheese
-
2 Long Hotdog Rolls
Directions
Take steak out of package and slice super thin. (Place in the freezer is steak is too floppy as this will help with slicing thinly)
Season sliced steak in Black Magic and set aside
Thinly slice onion and capsicum and set aside.
In a hot plate, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir-fry onion and capsicum for 3-5 minutes on medium high heat until soft and onions translucent.
Place seasoned beef in the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes before adding your onions and capsicums back in.
Place provolone cheese on top of steak and onion mixture and melt until incorporated into meat.
Serve on fresh long hotdog roll.
