  1. Brown your ground beef over medium heat - season beef with Lane's Sweet Heat Rub

  2. About halfway through browning the beef toss in diced onions and chopped bacon (cooked).

  3. Remove ground beef from heat, drain any grease, add 1/3 cup Lane's Kinda Sweet BBQ Sauce, and 1/2 Cup colby Jack cheese then mix.

  4. Beat 1 egg in a bowl to use for sealing the spring roll wraps

  5. In a separate deep pot fill about two inches deep with vegetable oil and heat up to 350 degrees.

  6. Brush the edges of the wrap with the beaten egg. - Fill up spring roll wrappers with about 3 tablespoons of filling mixture in a rectangle shape in the middle. (the spring roll wrap should have visual instructions on how to wrap)

  7. Drop away from your body 3 to 4 rolls at a time into the oil. Cook about 2 to 4 minutes each side. Check around 2 minutes to see how it is browning.

  8. When done frying place the rolls on a plate with a few paper towels underneath to catch the grease.
