Beat 1 egg in a bowl to use for sealing the spring roll wraps
-
In a separate deep pot fill about two inches deep with vegetable oil and heat up to 350 degrees.

Brush the edges of the wrap with the beaten egg. - Fill up spring roll wrappers with about 3 tablespoons of filling mixture in a rectangle shape in the middle. (the spring roll wrap should have visual instructions on how to wrap)

Drop away from your body 3 to 4 rolls at a time into the oil. Cook about 2 to 4 minutes each side. Check around 2 minutes to see how it is browning.

These are great dipped in our Sorta White Sauce - Enjoy
RECIPE NOTE
An alternate version - Replace Sweet Heat rub with Cubano Rub and replace Kinda Sweet with our Carolina Mustard sauce and add diced pickles to the mixture.
