Bacon Wrapped Onion Bombs

Directions

1. Preheat your smoker to 150°C.

2. Slice the onion into large rings

3. In a bowl, season the mince with Prime and the grated cheese 

4. Press the mince mixture into the outer ring of the onion, fit with the smaller inner part of the onion

5. Smoke until 70c and brush on Kinda Sweet BBQ and cook until 74c

6. Remove from the smoker and rest for 5mins and then dig in!
