- 800 grams Skirt steak
- Handful of Baby spinach
- 3 Tbs Parmesan cheese
- Lemon zest

2 Tbs Sunday Roast Seasoning
- Butchers twine
Directions
- Trim your Skirt Steak
- Lay out a mixture of spinach, parmesan cheese, lemon zest and Sunday roast.
- Roll it up and tie it off!
- Yeah it’s that simple!
- Preheat the grill and set up for indirect grilling, cook at 350f till internal of 120f
- Rest for 15 minutes and slice and serve!
