May Big Flavour Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. PROMOTER
The promoter of this giveaway is Lane’s BBQ Australia (“Promoter”).
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 1 May 2026 and closes at 9:00AM AEST on 1st June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
3. ELIGIBILITY
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Every eligible order placed during the Promotion Period automatically receives one (1) entry into the prize draw.
Multiple entries are permitted.
Each qualifying order counts as one separate entry.
Example: Three (3) separate orders placed during the Promotion Period will result in three (3) entries.
No minimum spend applies.
5. PRIZE DETAILS
One (1) winner will receive the following prize bundle:
- Weber Family Q+ Q3200N+ – valued at $899 AUD
- YETI 65 Tundra Cooler – valued at $550 AUD
- Lane’s Pitmaster “Everything Box” – valued at $946 AUD
- Our Cow Gift Card – valued at $1,000 AUD
- Lane’s BBQ Merch Pack – valued at $200 AUD
Total prize value: $3,500+ AUD
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. DRAW DETAILS
The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries.
The draw will take place on 3rd of June 2026 at the Promoter’s premises.
The chance of winning depends on the total number of entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
The winner’s name may be published on Lane’s BBQ Australia social media channels and/or website.
8. PRIZE DELIVERY
Prizes will be arranged for delivery to an Australian address supplied by the winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for delivery delays outside its control.
9. UNCLAIMED PRIZE
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
10. GENERAL
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if circumstances arise outside its control.
By entering, entrants consent to the use of their name and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. PRIVACY
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
12. PERMIT INFORMATION
This promotion is conducted in accordance with relevant Australian state regulations.
No permit is required in NSW or Victoria at the time of publishing. Other states’ regulations may apply.
