Smoked Magic Dust Pork with Roast Veggies

Magic Dust
- 2kg Pork Loin Roast
- 500g washed potato, halved
- 4x Parsnips,
- 2x Carrots, peeled
- 1x Large, sweet potato, cut into qtrs.
- Olive oil
Directions
- Season pork with magic dust and place in a preheated smoker at 135c / 275f and smoked for 2 hours or until temp hits 62c/ 145f.
- Prep veg and place in an oven at 180c / 350f for 1 hour until potatoes are golden brown. Sprinkle veg with a touch of Magic Dust.
- Slice pork and serve on a share plate with veggies.
