Cheesy Savoury Christmas Dip

Directions

1. Preheat the smoker to 150°C.
2. Dice the capsicum and sauté until softened and lightly browned.
3. Cook the mince and mix in a generous amount of Lane’s Sweet-Lic.
4. Combine the cooked mince and capsicum in a foil tray. Add cream cheese, tasty cheese, sour cream, and stir until well combined.
5. Top the mixture with another layer of Sweet-Lic and smoke until the cheese is fully melted, which may take up to an hour. Stir every 20 minutes during the smoking process.
6. Once the cheeses have melted and everything is thoroughly cooked, stir the ingredients together one final time. Place slices of baguette in the smoker to toast and crisp up.
7. Remove the toasted bread and the dip from the smoker, allowing them to cool for 5 minutes.
8. Dip and enjoy!
