Ingredients
- 500g Pork Mince
- 1 Tub/250g Softened Cream Cheese
- 2 Cups Tasty Cheese (Diced or Grated)
- ½ Cup Sour Cream
- ½ to 1 Red Capsicum
- ½ to 1 Green Capsicum
- 1 French Baguette
- Lane’s Australia Sweet-Lic SeasoningÂ
Directions
- Preheat the smoker to 150°C.
- Dice the capsicum and sauté until softened and lightly browned.
- Cook the mince and mix in a generous amount of Lane’s Sweet-Lic.
- Combine the cooked mince and capsicum in a foil tray. Add cream cheese, tasty cheese, sour cream, and stir until well combined.
- Top the mixture with another layer of Sweet-Lic and smoke until the cheese is fully melted, which may take up to an hour. Stir every 20 minutes during the smoking process.
- Once the cheeses have melted and everything is thoroughly cooked, stir the ingredients together one final time. Place slices of baguette in the smoker to toast and crisp up.
- Remove the toasted bread and the dip from the smoker, allowing them to cool for 5 minutes.
- Dip and enjoy!
