Ingredients
- 500g Brisket Mince
- 500g Short Rib Mince (regular mince can be substituted)
- ½ Stick of Frozen Butter
- 4 Burger Buns
- Swiss Cheese
- 1 Onion
- Burger Pickles
- Bacon
- Lane’s Australia Steak Supreme Seasoning
- Lane’s Australia Sorta White Seasoning

Directions
- Preheat the smoker to 120°C.
- In a bowl, mix the minced meat with Steak Supreme seasoning until well combined. Grate in 100-150g of frozen butter and blend it into the mixture. Shape the mixture into patties weighing 150-200g each.
- Smoke the patties until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 57°C, and continue cooking until you achieve your preferred level of doneness.
- While the patties are smoking, toast the buns. Layer them with Sorta White, sliced onion, the smoked burger patty, and cheese (melted with a torch for extra deliciousness). Top it off with crispy bacon, pickles, and a dollop of Kinda Sweet.
