Butter Burgers

Directions

1. Preheat the smoker to 120°C.
2. In a bowl, mix the minced meat with Steak Supreme seasoning until well combined. Grate in 100-150g of frozen butter and blend it into the mixture. Shape the mixture into patties weighing 150-200g each.
3. Smoke the patties until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 57°C, and continue cooking until you achieve your preferred level of doneness.
4. While the patties are smoking, toast the buns. Layer them with Sorta White, sliced onion, the smoked burger patty, and cheese (melted with a torch for extra deliciousness). Top it off with crispy bacon, pickles, and a dollop of Kinda Sweet.
