Spicy Lil Smokies

SERVES: 3-6

COOK: 30 Mins

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 12 Slices prosciutto
  • 24 Chipolatas (We used mini cheese kransky)
  • Lane's Lil Spicy Sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre-heat smoker to 250c
  2. Cut prosciutto lengths in half
  3. Wrap chipolatas in prosciutto and secure with a toothpick
  4. With a pastry brush, coat with Lane's Lil Spicy



  5. Place on smoker for 20-30mins, apply more sauce every 10 mins
  6. Serve straight away with a cold beer.
